Here is the popular FREE and cheap at Walmart list for this week!   Again, please excuse my formatting. I am having serious issues with this HTML thing right now… :/
First and foremost, be sure that you are familiar with the Walmart Coupon Policy (you may even consider printing it to have on hand when you shop!). The one major PLUS with this recently issued coupon policy is that they allow overage, which means that you can MAKE money for shopping with the right coupons!
