Disney has issued a voluntary recall of their 11″ Forky plush due to a manufacturing defect that presents a potential choking hazard. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission website, “the toy has posable arms, a base, rainbow screen art on top of foot and plastic ‘rolling’ googly eyes”.
Disney has said that guests can return their 11″ Forky plush for a full refund at either Disney Store or theme park merchandise locations. Guests may also call 866-537-7649 or email personal.shoppers@shopDisney.com.
