It’s garage sale time! And, I mean that literally. My garage has stuff in it that never made it out of boxes two moves back, and I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon. I have an aunt who is great at organizing and she will be here in town soon to visit. We made a deal and she is helping me go through the entire mess.
Somewhere out there
Recently, I noticed a couple of those sturdy tubes out among the boxes – you know, the kind that protect posters you love, you buy and then you store never to be seen. What are we thinking when we buy things like a pretty poster…maybe that there is a follow-up fairy at home ready to frame it just like we envision? Thank goodness there are tubes to protect them, especially since there is no one to protect me from doing the purchasing.
One-stop shopping
In my quest to find solutions for my readers, I have a good one here. Do you want to make your posters look like great artwork that you can hang anywhere in your home. Check out posterframedepot.com. They manufacture and offer an incredible selection of custom poster frames and accessories. They don’t work with manufacturers – they are the manufacturer. That means you get the best choices and prices. You can even get live online help.
All in the family
I can’t wait to pull out all those posters. I am pretty sure I will find one I have been looking for. My Uncle Mike created this famous one the year I was born. He has since sold the rights, but he sent me one a few years back, celebrating the 25th anniversary. The poster has made its way around the world over the last 30 years and just so you know the guy in the picture later became the mayor of Portland, Oregon.
Do you have some rolled up posters hiding somewhere? Find them. Frame them. Expose yourself to a little art.

That poster is AWESOME!! LOL!
