I LOVE the Texas Roadhouse Rolls + their Cinnamon Butter — if you have one nearby, you probably do too! 🙂  Here is a great copycat recipe to make those tasty rolls at home!

Texas Roadhouse Rolls + Cinnamon Butter Recipes  Â
Ingredients:
4t  active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups of milk, scalded then cooled to lukewarm
3 Tbl Spoons of melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
7 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 whole eggs
2 t. salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar.
2. Add yeast, milk, sugar and enough flour to make a medium batter. Beat thoroughly. Let stand until light and foamy.
3. Add melted butter, eggs and salt and mix well.
4. Add more flour to form a soft dough.
5. Sprinkle some flour onto counter and let dough sit.
6. Butter a large bowl. Knead the dough until smooth and satiny and put into the bowl; turn over to grease top.
7. Cover and let rise in a warm place until it doubles. Punch down. Turn out onto a floured board. Divide into portions for shaping and let it sit for 10 minutes.
8. Shape dough into rectangular pieces.
9. Place on greased baking sheets and let it sit until doubled.
10. Bake at 350, Â for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
11. Lightly brush with butter.
This recipe makes 3-4 dozen at Texas Roadhouse size.
Cinnamon Butter:
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Â Cup Powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
Whip all the ingredients together until they are light and fluffy.

for the butter, does it have to be room temp or can I just take it out and bland it right away? Thanks.

You could take it out and blend immediately, room temperature is just easier to mix.
