Have you made your own donuts before? It is surprisingly easy to do and really, nothing beats a hot fresh donut! Especially HOMEMADE! These Homemade Funfetti Donuts are sure to be a hit with the kids. I don’t know about you, but my kids would take sprinkles on just about everything.

Homemade Funfetti Donuts
What you need:
Donuts:
2 and 3/4 cups Funfetti Box Cake Mix
3/4 cup Buttermilk
2 tbsp melted Butter
2 Eggs
Frosting:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
How to make Homemade Funfetti Donuts:
Preheat your oven to 425.
Combine the Funfetti cake mix, buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs and stir just until well mixed.
Pour your mixture into a large zippered bag and cut off corner for piping.
Pipe the mix into a donut pan filling each about 2/3rds full.
Bake for about 8 minutes, until tops rebound when pressed.
Leave donuts in the pan for about 3 minutes.
Remove from pan and set on cooling rack.
In a small bowl just big enough to dip donuts, combine your frosting ingredients and stir until smooth.
Dip the top of donut in glaze and then allow the excess to drop off before moving.
Return the donut to the cooling rack or set aside on wax paper.
Add sprinkles!
Allow the glaze to set before serving — enjoy!
