Hi Amy — you can enter the promo code on the checkout page, where you enter your credit card info, etc. It is on the right side of the page, literally right above where you enter your credit card.
It did not work for me. I got to the section to confirm through the v.me and I got the charge to my card but did not get any order confirmation. Then 1800 flowers customer service could not find my order. As it looks I now have to wait for them to refund my card. Not a very good experience for me.
