Pumpkin Blondies
What you need:
- 1 can (15 oz.) canned pumpkin
- ½ C. butter, melted
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ C. flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. cloves
- ½ C. white chocolate chips
- ½ C. butterscotch chips
How to make Pumpkin Blondies –
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix well and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Mix well and slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet.
Lastly, and the white chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Insert a toothpick around 20-21 minutes and if it comes out clean, they are done.
Let cool completely and cut into squares and enjoy!
*Store in an airtight container 3-4 days.
