When you are looking for treats to add to your platter of Christmas goodies candied nuts are a wonderful change from chocolate and sugar laden cookies. These Vanilla Maple Candied Pecans are almost as easy to make as they they are delicious. In about 10 minutes start to finish you can have delicious candied nuts to snack on. These nuts are delicious by themselves, sprinkled over ice cream ,or even oatmeal. They would also make a great handmade Christmas gift tied up in cellophane with a pretty ribbon and a homemade tag.
