Over at Target, on Saturday October 29th from 10AM-1PM, they will be having a Spooktacular Halloween Event, where kids will receive free goodie bags and other giveaways when they wear their costumes!
Please make sure you call your store ahead of time to confirm that they will be participating. Note that TargetExpress stores do not participate in this event.
