A Daily Tip for Saving Money: Be Familiar with the Store’s Coupon Policy

One thing that I cannot stress enough is how you MUST be familiar with the coupon policies for the stores that you frequent regularly.

I recommend having the ones you go to the most IN your coupon binder so that worst case scenario, you can pull it out at the register if you run into a snag.

We’ve all heard the saying that knowing is half the battle, in couponing that couldn’t be more true.

If you are a regular couponer, you will know that running into a bump at the register does happen. The coupon doesn’t scan right, you are told you cannot use a coupon for a free item at that store, you cannot combine two coupons, etc..    As long as you KNOW the store’s policy and are following it you can greatly reduce those bumps and snags. Plus, as long as you are following the policies.
