Disney has been an integral part of my life ever since I had kids, well before then too, but even more so since. I really don’t think there is a day that goes by that one Disney is not brought up in one way or another. One thing is certain though, EVERY Disney Princess is a hit with my daughter.
So, of course when we heard about the new Disney Paints and were given the opportunity to participate in the Disney Paint Moms program, we were all over it.
We bought the paint at Walmart a few weeks back and did the painting and redesign over the next few weeks. I was very happy with how easy it was to paint the room with this paint, although there are “specialty” factors, it was just as easy as any other paint.
We chose the Enchanted Violet and Kylie couldn’t have been happier — her favorite color is purple. Matched a lot of the other accessories in her room too. We decided to just do an accent wall and the play table to mix things up a bit.
And then we did a party to launch it! Princess cupcakes and all!
I was provided with a budget for the “launch” party including a $50 Walmart gift card for one lucky attendee and everyone LOVED it! The kids played princesses on the new glitter table (have to love the Disney Princess Memory Game!)
The glitter in the paint was a HUGE hit with the little girls!
Little girls + Disney + awesome decorations and paint = Super Mom. The whole reveal was a blast and the kids and parents all loved it! Kylie couldn’t have been happier with her Disney Princess room.
(before we put the final touches and name up!)
All of the little girls were begging for Disney paint after the party and it was the talk of her class the next week at school too (who knew glitter in paint would be such a big deal right?! But it was!)
