Brownie Ingredients:

2 Cups granulated Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Tsp. Coffee extract (optional)
2 Eggs (whipped)
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 Cups Flour
Topping:
Chocolate frosting
1/2 Cup pecans finely crushed
Caramel Sauce
Banana
How to make Caramel Pecan Banana Brownies:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar together until well blended.
Add Vanilla, coffee extract, mix well.
Slowly Pour in the eggs while mixing.
In a separate bowl mix the cocoa and flour until mingled well.
Slowly add to the wet ingredients and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes on low.
Bake in an 8×8 pan for 18-22 minutes.
Brownies will be soft and fudge like after cooling.
When ready slice your banana (4 slices per piece of brownie)
Cut the brownie in half, like a sandwich.
Lightly frost the top half of the brownie. I used Hershey’s Brand Dark Chocolate pre-made frosting.
Put your finely crushed pecans into a zip lock bag.
With Caramel Sauce (I used Hersey’s Brand) using a kitchen small paint brush. Lightly brush the banana slices on all sides so that they are sticky, but not gooey.
Place them one by one into the zip lock bag and lightly press the pecans into the banana slices
Place the banana slices in the middle of your two pieces of brownie and drizzle the entire brownie liberally with your caramel sauce.
Enjoy!
