Cars Land. Do I really need to say more than that? By Disney. That should be enough to get you booking the next flight right? 😉
Joking aside, Cars Land was EPIC. You are literally transported into the movie. I live just off Route 66 (in Albuquerque, NM) and they have recreated everything so well, that I actually thought they may have dug up some of the red rocks from NM and AZ and transported them into California Adventure.
Everything about the mini city was real! They have totally recreated the little city in Cars and brought it to life. Best thing? You get to visit all the little stores and places you really didn’t get to visit in the movie.
Oh and of course the RIDES… Time wise, I was only able to get through two of them while I was there and what a blast they were!
Radiator Springs Racers was my favorite of the bunch though, I got to ride in Lightning McQueen even 🙂 The nice thing about it was that it was not “too scary” or fast for the little ones, it had just the right of animation and of course a nice hill-bound race to satisfy my need for speed.
My kids have been scouring through my pictures repeatedly for days now, we’re definitely planning a trip!
(Disclosure: I went on a Disney blogger trip to CA Adventure and Disneyland, paid for by Disney. All opinions are entirely my own as always!)
