Here is a seriously tasty and great recipe for stuffed peppers! Make these Cheesy Beef Stuffed Mini Peppers for the main course or as an appetizer!! You could use this same recipe for the larger peppers too.

Cheesy Beef Stuffed Mini Peppers
What you need:
1 lb Mini Peppers
1 lb Ground Beef (Ground Chuck works perfectly for this one)
1 cup Cooked Rice
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
How to make Cheesy Beef Stuffed Mini Peppers:
Preheat oven to 350.
Split peppers lengthwise and remove seeds and all extras to make a smooth surface inside.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire and ketchup to skillet.
Cook until heated through.
Add rice and mix everything together well.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Place split peppers on baking sheet and fill with meat mixture.
Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
