Cheesy Stuffed Jalapenos with Bacon
This recipe makes 12 stuffed pepper halves.Prep time 10 minutes, cooking time 15 minutes
What you need:
6 medium jalapeno peppers
3 strips of thick cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
4 oz cream cheese (half a brick, softened)
1/3 mexican-style shredded cheese
1 tbsp Ranch dip seasoning dry mix
Directions:
Wash the jalapeno peppers, then cut in half lengthwise and take out seeds and ribs. You might want to wear gloves while you do this. Or you can put oil on your hands to easily wash off the jalapeno juice when you are done. Whatever you do, don’t touch your face/eyes when doing this!
In a mixing bowl blend the cream cheese, shredded cheese and ranch seasoning together.
Spoon the mixture into the jalapeno halves, place cooked bacon on top. Put on baking sheet, and cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
