“Put me in summer and I’ll be a ….. Happy Snowman!!” You have to love Olaf’s overabundant enthusiasm and optimism. He is my hands down favorite character from the massive hit Frozen. Got kids in the house? Grandkids? Little cousins? a neighbor kid living down the street? Yep..then you know what and who I am talking about -the snowman who loves the warm hugs. If you are looking for a simple treat for your child’s class or anywhere else you need a winter themed treat use something you already have on hand and upcycle it to create this fun Olaf K Cup Treat holder.

Disney’s Frozen Inspired Olaf Upcycled Treat Cups
Supplies Needed:
clean, empty white K cups
black marker or paint pen
orange pipe cleaners
black pipe cleaners
hot glue gun/glue sticks
Directions:
Peel lids off k cups, empty remaining coffee, and clean well, dry completely.
Using your black marker or paint pen draw Olaf’s arching eyebrows and large mouth-it is almost a silly clown shape, and leave his two large front teeth uncolored-practice on a piece of paper until you are happy with the shape.
Cut a 1″ piece of orange pipe cleaner (chenille stem) bend in half to form a carrot shape.
Cut 3 pieces of black pipe cleaner into 3 varied lengths from 3/4″ down to create his cowlick.
Attach black pipe cleaner hair to the inside of the cup at the front with hot glue.
Add googly eyes and orange nose using hot glue as well- apply glue to items instead of plastic cup or it will melt the cup.
Fill with anything you like that is small like nuts, mms, popcorn, marshmallows, pretzels, jelly beans, a couple Hershey kisses, etc.
Have fun!
