Chocolate! Brownies!! Dulce de Leche! Yum… Here is an easy and seriously tasty recipe for some Homemade Dulce de Leche Brownies that is sure to be a hit at your holiday parties (or any other time of year too).
Dulce de Leche Brownies
makes 16 brownies
Ingredients:
● 1/2 cup Butter, softened
● 1 cup Sugar
● 1 tsp Vanilla
● 2 Eggs
● 2/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
● 1/2 cup Cocoa
● 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
● 1/2 tsp Salt
● 1/2 cup Dulce de Leche
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Slowly incorporate flour mixture into cream mix.
Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 8x8x2 pan. Using 1/4 cup of the Dulce de Leche, drop spoonfuls onto the batter. Use a knife to gently pull through the batter. Cover with the rest of the brownie batter.
Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Drizzle remaining Dulce de Leche on the top of brownies.
