That means that you have 30 days to rent as many games as you want (one at a time) FOR FREE!!! After that time it is $15.95 a month for membership so be sure to cancel if you do not want to continue renting games.
For me this is perfect as there are several games that I want to “try out” before buying and you have a 30 day window to do that FREE!
