As part of the Quaker brand’s mission to fuel healthy living, they have teamed up with Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, who helped judge the Make Your Move Video Contest.
Parents and teachers were able to submit videos of their own kids or students “making their move” to get active. The contest is part of an ongoing partnership with Fuel Up to Play 60, the nation’s largest in-school wellness program. Winners of the grant were announced in January – you can view the winning submissions at makeyourmove.com.
Andrew Luck just surprised a winning school with a special event just for them – complete with an oatmeal breakfast and conga line!
If you look at the whole purpose of this movement with Fuel Up to Play 60, they are stressing the importance of a good breakfast to get the day started and to “get moving” — great campaign!
As part of spreading the word about this program Quaker is offering a reader here at Wheel n Deal Mama a Fitness Sport Pack including a football autographed by Colts Quarterback Andrew Luck, fitness equipment and Quaker Products!
Pretty awesome right!?! Even if you aren’t a Colts Fan (GO COWBOYS!!!) getting a football signed by a current NFL Quarterback is pretty cool.
