Last year we went over to a friend’s football party and they had the best queso EVER. I had to get the recipe from them and now I am sharing with you too! It is extremely easy to make and you can make it in the crock pot and serve straight from there. You can play with it to make it as spicy as you would like but below is how we like it.

Homemade Crock Pot Queso
What you need:
16 oz Velveeta, cubed
1 jar of Salsa con Queso
1 can of evaporated milk (not sweetened)
1 small can of green chile
Optional: Browned beef
How to make Crock Pot Queso:
Cube your Velveeta into 3/4 inch squares.
Put it in the Crock Pot, I use the crock pot covers for this one as it makes the clean up much easier.
Stir in the Salsa Con Queso, Evaporated Milk and green chile.
Cook on high heat for 1-2 hours, switch to low and add in beef or sausage if you want.
Serve and enjoy!
