Jalapeño Garlic Pull Apart Bread
What you need:
2 oval loaves or 1 large square loaf of Sourdough Bread
3 cups of shredded Cheddar and/or Jack Cheese
1/4 cup Jalapeño slices
1/4 cup Bacon Pieces
1/2 cup Butter
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Cumin
How to make Jalapeño Garlic Pull Apart Bread
Preheat your oven to 400.
Slice each loaf into 2″ thick slices, leaving about 1/2-3/4 uncut at the bottom. (DO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH.)
Do the same in the opposite direction.
Place the loaf on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the loaf.
Take your shredded chesse and stuff all of the cut crevices with it.
Spread the jalapeños and bacon over loaves.
Melt butter and stir in garlic and cumin.
Brush or drizzle butter mixture over loaves.
Wrap each loaf with the foil
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly brown.
Serve with Queso dip or by itself!
