I’m trying to be ahead of the game a bit this year, as many of my long-time readers will remember — Christmas last year was NUTS — trying to track down and catch the Leap Pad in stock was hectic.
If you know you want to get one of these new Leap Pad 2s for your kiddos for Christmas, I HIGHLY recommend doing it early. Come November, possibly as early as October — who knows if they will be in stock. I could be wrong about this and maybe Leap Frog produced enough this time around but better safe than sorry! 😉
Amazon is probably the best place to get this as you can buy the Leap Pad by itself and then catch the deals on the games over the sale season. Like last year’s, I don’t think it will go down lower than this $99 price point. Also when you buy through Amazon — you get free shipping AND no sales tax!
