National Consumer Panel is a Nielsen company and one of the most trusted survey companies out there.
Right now they are again accepting applications for a Home Scanner — but they have a VERY LIMITED number of spots!
When you are accepted, you are actually mailed a scanner, once they have one available for your area, then you scan your purchases, transmit them, get points and in turn get rewards!
There is another added perk which some have reported getting as well — a Nielsen TV Diary which comes with $30 cash to send in details of what your household watches on tv!
