Oh. My. These are probably the best dessert I have made in quite a while. Nutella Bombs with Cream Cheese Frosting. So, so, so delicious!!! These are a twist on the classic cinnamon roll, with Nutella instead of a cinnamon mixture. I could have probably used a tad less Nutella even but, WOW they are fantastic.

Nutella Bombs with Cream Cheese Frosting
What you need:
1 Can of Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits
Nutella
Flour + Sugar for rolling the dough
1/2 a bar of Cream Cheese (4 oz)
1 Cup powdered sugar
1tsp Vanilla Extract
How to Make Nutella Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 350.
Lightly spray a muffin tin with butter spray.
Take your Pillsbury flaky rolls and roll them out evenly with a rolling pin. I put a dusting of flour with a bit of sugar to roll them. It make it less sticky and sweetened up the biscuit dough just enough.
Spread a nice layer of Nutella on the dough and roll it up. Cut it into thirds and place all three pieces from each biscuit in the muffin tin.
Place in the oven and cook for about 16 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes so you can remove to a plate.
While they are cooling mix up your frosting ingredients. I tossed the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften it up. Stir in the cup of powdered sugar and the Vanilla until it is throughly mixed and smooth.
Top each of the Nutella Bombs with the cream cheese frosting!
Enjoy!!
