As we near the end of Summer break I am constantly looking for snack ideas for the kids. Really, even when they are in school, I can use ideas for after-school snacks. So I was excited to try these Peanut Butter Granola Apple Sandwiches. Kids will love this twist to regular Peanut Butter and apples!

Peanut Butter Granola Apple Sandwiches
What you need:
2 Apples
2-3 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Granola
handful of Raisins
How to make Peanut Butter Granola Apple Sandwiches:
Remove cores from apples and cut into 1/4-1/2″ thick slices, I use this great Cuisipro Apple Corer
Spread apple slice with peanut butter.
Top with granola and raisins.
Place another apple slice on top and gently press together.
Repeat with remaining apple slices.
Enjoy!!
