Pineapple Cake with just TWO Ingredients:
What you need:
1 box Angel Food Cake mix
20 oz Crushed Pineapple with Juice
How to make Pineapple Cake with just 2 Ingredients
First you will want to move a rack to lowest level in your oven.
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl (do not overmix).
Grease a bundt pan.
Pour the mixture into the bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes
Cool for 10-15 minutes
You can then loosen the cake with a spatula as needed before dumping and then allow it to fully cool.
Enjoy!! Add a dollop of Whipped cream if you want too!

Do u make the angel food cake with ingredients it says needed on the box ie: oil and water, and then add the pineapple? Or do you just use the cake mix and the pineapple in its juice?

I’ve made this numerous times! It’s a great, moist Yummy cake! I did learn one thing ….. Invert the pan to cool, like. Regular angel food cake…so, it won’t sink. It won’t mess with the taste, just looks nicer ?. Remember…you Don’t grease & flour the pan…it won’t fall out‼️. You can make this in a 9 X 13 pan…I use a Pyrex or Corning ware. Then, you cut squares of cake. What’s cool about this cake…Non Fat ‼️ I got this recipe from my daughter years ago….&, we’ve enjoyed it many times ? it’s a great fast & cake for us Pineapple lovers‼️

I learned these hacks for when I don’t have a bundt pan:
1. Use muffin tins and check 10-minutes before usual baking time.
2. Use empty metal cans wrapped in aluminum foil and sprayed. In a 9×13, use four evenly spaced empty soup-sized cans — they create the baking space needed that the hole in the middle of a bundt provides. Pour in the batter then put in the cans and press them to the bottom of the pan.
3. Use two loaf pans. Mini loaf pans are even better.
