Right now my go-to breakfast is Refrigerator Oatmeal, there are SO many possibilities with it! And seriously, it is just sooooo good! Easy to make, you can have your favorite ready for you when you wake up in the morning!
My personal favorite is this Strawberry Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal, I am giving you two recipes for it because there is the “healthy” version and then the version that I usually make which isn’t all that healthy but… who am I kidding? It is just better. Period. Both are great though, I just PERSONALLY prefer it without yogurt. 😉
Be sure to follow me on Pinterest and check out my other recipes too!
Strawberry Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal, the Healthy Version:
What you need:
¼ C. fresh strawberries, chopped or sliced
1/3 C. old fashioned oats
1/3 C. milk
1/3 C. Greek yogurt (you could also substitute regular vanilla yogurt and omit the honey if you prefer)
1-2 tbs. of honey to taste
1 8 oz. jelly jar w/lid
How to make Strawberry Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal:
Add the oatmeal, Greek yogurt, honey and milk to the 8 oz. jelly jar. Put the lid on and shake well to mix all the ingredients. When you’re done shaking, remove the lid and add the fresh fruit.
Replace the lid and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy in the morning. 🙂

I’m about to try the one with yogurt for my very picky two year old. She loves the packaged oats but I’m trying to find a healthier option for her. Thanks!
