What you need:
1 Pouch of Sugar Cookie Mix (1lb 1.5oz size)
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Egg
1/3 cup butter melted
1.5 cups Milk Chocolate chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 Cup chopped Walnuts
1 Small Toblerone Bar
How to make Toblerone Cookie Bars:
Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly butter a 9×13 pan.
Mix the Sugar Cookie Mix, Flour, melted butter and one egg together and press it into the bottom of the pan evenly.
Cook the cookie base for 15-17 minutes until it is light golden brown, let it cool for 10-12 minutes while you make the fudge.
Mix the chocolate chips + 1/2 the can of condensed in a small pan over med-low heat until smooth. Stir while cooking.
Remove from heat and add in 1 egg, the second half of the condensed milk and the Vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
Pour it evenly over the cookie base.
Chop up your Toblerone bar.
Sprinkle the Walnuts over the top and then top that with the Toblerone.
Cook for 23-25 minutes until set.
Cool, cut into bars and ENJOY!
