Woot!!! So my friend just got off the phone with Wayfair and guess what?!! They areĀ HONORING ALL ORDERS from the $50 off $50 purchase coupon code that were put through IF you call them and speak to them about your order.
Here is what you need to do, Ā call them atĀ 877-929-3247 and have your order number ready from your original order. The rep that my friend spoke with told her they are aware of this and that it was a human error within the company and the coupon code was not supposed to be released to the public, but because it was they are honoring all orders!
When you call (be prepared, you could be on hold for a while!!) they will ask you for your original order number. They will then manually place your order with the coupon code discount. If your order was not fully cancelled yet, then the hold will still be on your credit card account for your original purchase but will drop off in a few days and you will see a new charge for the new order on your card.
They will give you the confirmation code for your new order as well.
Some orders may have processed through already (even if you got a cancellation notice) so it is possible that you will get your original order and your new order. And if you do end up with both orders coming you can keep them both or send one of them back for a refund.
The good news is that they are admitting the mistake and are taking responsibility for it and are making it right by fulfilling all orders that were done using the coupon code as long as you call them.

While that is great and all, it should not be up to us to have to waste our time calling them for their error. I have an MBA and I am disgusted with how they are handling things and I know I am not the only one. Too many people slammed the site looking for free stuff instead of using the discount off a large purchase. They didn’t want to eat the loss. Simple as that. They’ve lost a lot of customers. Everyone who got the cancellation email should get an email stating “hey, we’re sorry, we did’t mean to insult you with our 10% off coupon and order cancellation, here’s how we are going to make it up to you.”

I just called they she refuses to fill my order because “they cant just give there items away.” I even explained that I’m purchasing a home next month and was looking at their products to purchase told my aunt about the website and she wanted to buy products from them too, but they will not honor their error.
