One of the most common questions that I have gotten lately is what do I get my husband/boyfriend, etc.. Sometimes they are difficult to buy for!

Remington has a new series of electric razors that are great!   The Remington Black Diamond Series has both a rotary razor and a foil shaver to meet all your needs.   

I was sent the Rotary Shaver for review and was quite impressed!    It is pretty lightweight which at first glance gave me the impression it was not going to be a good as some of the “heftier” ones — this was not the case at all.  My hubby shaved the other night and I actually thought he had used his regular (non-electric) razor, it gave a very close shave.

One thing to note is that for best long-term performance you need to be sure to charge it for 24 hours before using it. This makes it so that it holds battery life longer.

    My husband loves the show Dexter so I often buy him things related to the show or the book series. This year, though, I am buying him a small TV for the workout room. It might motivate all of us to go use that stupid treadmill!!

    Husbands are just big boys – they like electronic things. This year I bought my hubby an indoor/outdoor tv antenna (we can’t get cable where we live and satellite is too expensive for us), a Black Friday Special TV and a Black Friday special Blu-ray player. All in all under $300 for everything!

    I like to get my hubby something he wouldn’t normally ask for. Since he is the breadwinner, he can buy anything he wants…so i like to get him that CD he wants, shirts, or other more personal things. 🙂 He would totally love this!!!

    I have to say as I’ve become older I’ve really noticed my ideas of gifts has ben slowly changing. Not that I don’t like my PS3 video games and electronic toys for big boys (gadgets rule!), but I’ve found myself gifting more items like dishware, bedding sets, vacuums etc. more and more recently. At first I tried to tell myself that in this economy money was tight and I really couldn’t spend frivolously. Now, I’ve really come to realize I just naturally chose to shop practically without a reason or excuse needed. This would be a perfect example of something I’d like as a gift for myself this year. I do still miss my younger days of shopping without thinking and letting myself enjoy a little poor impulse control, but I’ve come to terms with the fact that I finally have truely turned into “my parents”. LOL.

    Food is always good, and it doesn’t have to be beef jerky and smoked almonds! For example, my brother loves to cook, and is always trying new things… Sriracha Thai chili, flavored balsamic vinegars, truffle oils, squid ink, fish sauce, all kinds of weird things you’d be hesitant to buy off the shelf of your local foodie store!

    Anything to do with tools, woodwork, electronics, and technology. Also an electric guitar. What guy wouldn’t love any of these things. Or maybe it’s just my husband. 😉

    I always get my husband a toy of some sort. This year, he and my daughter are getting remote controlled cars to race each other. Work gloves and clothes are things he likes, but the toy always goes over well.

    My husband was easy this year because there were a lot of things he needed. I just paid close attention any time he said he needed something! I got mine a digital tire pressure gauge, his favorite socks, and an Xbox controller!

    Hmm…gift ideas for him… home made coupons good for one evening of…maybe the movies, a resturant, etc… Gift cards for oil changes, gas, food delivery, lottery scratch tickets. Popcorn and a newly released movie.
