My Best Buy did NOT have the the DVDs marked at $4.99 — they were marked at $9.99 but I had it price checked and some (not all) rang up at $4.99.

My best buy in Oklahoma City wouldn’t take this coupon, because it had to be the same picture as the coupon. Is this correct? The coupon just stated Chuggington on DVD it didn’t state which one or any.
