Here in Albuquerque right now it has been WAY too hot to turn on my stove, let alone the oven. Plus, when it is this hot I don’t feel like cooking much at all… 🙁 So I tried something new tonight and VERY simple too!
All in One Dinner on the Grill!!
You can change this one around to taste too but YUM!! It was very good.
What I used:
Polska Kielbasa
1 Zucchini
1 Bell Pepper
3 Red Potatoes
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
Pepper
Yes, you could definitely add onions to this one — if you have been following the blog for long — you probably know I HATE onions so I don’t use them in anything that I make.
Directions:
Peel and chop up the zucchini, potatoes and Bell Pepper.
Mix up all the veggies in a bowl and season with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt (or any other seasoning that you like) and Pepper to taste.
Chop up the Polska Kielbasa (again you could use any sausage like meat for this one!). I used two Polska Kielbasa and did two bundles.
Lay out tin foil and mix everything up together on the foil
Once you have done that, fold up the tin foil and seal it shut.
Turn the grill on low heat if you just have a single rack (like mine!) or med-low for the top rack of a grill. Place the Tin Foil bundle/s on the rack.
Cook for 30 minutes.
I tested it with the potatoes to make sure they were soft.
Voila! All in One Dinner on the Grill!

I make these but I use ground beef instead of sausage and put carrots, celery, onion, potatoes and mushrooms

I make this too but I use Italian sausage, peppers, onions and potaoes and put it on long Italian rolls for sandwiches.
