Calling all of you with little ones! I know I am not the only one that hates all of the little toys that can get scattered all over the living room floor… Then, when you have to go anywhere, if you want to pack the little guy’s toys, you almost need a SECOND diaper bag just for toys! Sometimes, when you are heading out for a few hours, the kids are staying with a babysitter or grandparents, you need all those toys to keep them occupied!
Well Playskool has come up with the most awesome solution to this!! Their new line of toys are ALL built around easy transport and compactability. The picture above is just two of these, they have toys for kids up through 3-4 too! Traveling? Day Care? Family’s house? These are easy to fold up and are SMALL when they are folded up! They easily fit into a diaper bag.
You know those toys that are supposed to be “easy” to fold up, but really aren’t? I am happy to say that is not the case with these Playskool toys. At all!
Oliver LOVES them too!
They encourage sensory play, are bright colors, perfect for improving motor skills too. Oliver has been playing with the tiger, we are working on stacking. These are great though because you can stack OR you can fill.
The elephant has been perfect for tummy time as he can lay right on it and there is something crunchy, something that rattles, something that squeaks and it all folds up into this compact little thing! Cannot rave enough about these!!
In fact, letting him play on that elephant finally got Oliver rolling! It has been a long time coming but having something that forced him to lift his upper body a bit more to see made a huge difference. Due to his chronic lung disease that whole upper body is just not as strong as it should be and this has helped.
