As I mentioned in the previously daily money saving tips posts, each Wednesday I will choose a money saving tip from one of YOU! If your tip is featured, you will get a $5 Amazon gift card! Leave your tips in the comments of the daily tips or email me at wheelndealmama at aol dot com.
This Wednesday’s money saving tip is from Ronnie Leigh Porath:
My money saving tip is for large purchases.
First of all, NEVER buy anything new. Second, be patient!! Most people at one point or the other, will have to get rid of something really quickly in order to move, pay a bill, etc. Just be patient and wait for it.
Just this past week, I bought a sectional, and after shampooing it, it looks and smells brand new. I had been looking for over a year. I paid $95.00.
I also bought an Explorer for $1500.00. It’s in perfect condition. I’ve been looking for 6 months for a good used car. In both cases, the people are moving and needed to drop their prices really quickly, to get rid of them.
Some great points here! What are your thoughts?
