Ever since I was a kid, I have loved Orange Julius. Just the plain old Orange Julius is perfect for me, nothing fancy. (Although occasionally the others are good too!) I have finally perfected making these at home and wanted to share the recipe with you. They really do taste just like an Orange Julius!

Homemade Orange Julius {Copycat Recipe}
What you need:
1 can of Orange Juice Concentrate (I prefer Minute Maid)
1 cup Milk
1/2 Cup cream
1/2 Cup water
12 Ice cubes
1/4 tsp Vanilla
How to make an Orange Julius at home:
1. Take the can of frozen Orange Juice Concentrate out of the freeze and let it sit for 20 minutes to “soften up”
2. Dump all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth!
Yup, that is it. Tastes fantastic! Some people like to add a bit of sugar, you can add a 1/4 cup (or more or less). I prefer it without. The cream (regular heavy whipping cream) adds enough sweetness to it for me.

Full size OJ still doesn’t make it clear. There are 6 oz., 12 oz. and 16 oz. cans of frozen OJ available in the stores. I am guessing that you mean the 12 oz. size.
Please specify..on the Orange Julius recipe..what size frozen orange juice 12 or 16 oz..thanks
This orange julius is very good. A little Kailua makes it great
i use powdered milk, real fresj OJ vanilla and ice cubes in my Nurea

Hi Rene, No this makes enough for 5-6 people. I use a large can of OJ.
