Glazed Pork Tenderloin
One 2-3 pound Pork Tenderloin (I used the Hormel one you can often find a coupon for!)
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Garlic clove, crushed
Preheat oven to 350.
Place the Pork tenderloin in a baking pan
Mix all of the ingredients together well
Pour over pork
Cover with foil and cook for 35 minutes, remove foil for another 10 = total cook time of 45 minutes.
The sauce is thin and awesome poured over rice!
I made it with Italian Roasted Veggies and french bread the last time I made it — so good!
